The Score and the Tiers

Goal: Compute a tier from component scores and explain what a tier does and does not mean.

A tier is a threshold on this score. Nothing more, nothing less: LEGENDARY ≥ 8, PREMIUM ≥ 6, STANDARD ≥ 4.

Two readings of the same number matter.

First: a LEGENDARY at 9 means at least four or five independent dimensions agreed at once. Independence is the point — volume does not know what the weekly fib is doing. When unrelated measurements stack, the setup is structurally crowded in your favor.

Second: a tier is not a probability and not a position-size instruction. LEGENDARY does not mean "size up" — it means the asymmetry is present for the taker who manages risk. M09 is the management.

Note the ceiling math: 17 is the theoretical max, but real signals live in the 4–11 band. Perfect-17 conditions essentially never coexist — compression (BBWP cold) and confirmed directional control (ADX) pull against each other. Treat 8+ as rare air, not as "barely half of 17."
