The Three Tiers
Goal: Map score floors to tiers and internalize what a tier does and does not claim.
Every signal carries a tier. A tier is a threshold on the /17 score — nothing more, nothing less:

Why 8 is rare air
Seventeen is the theoretical ceiling, but the dimensions pull against each other in real markets — deep volatility compression and established trend strength rarely coexist, by construction. Live signals breathe in the 4–11 band. A 9 is not "barely half"; it is four or five unrelated measurements stacking on one bar.
What a tier claims
A LEGENDARY tag claims exactly one thing: an unusual number of independent dimensions agreed at this close. It does not claim the trade cannot lose. It does not instruct you to size up — sizing answers to volatility, never to conviction (M03 makes this a rule). Tier ranks the QUALITY of the setup's evidence, and that is all it ranks.
